Why Mentorship?
Making disciples who make disciples. At Western Reserve, we believe this is the primary commission of God to His people. Making disciples happens in many facets throughout our church; however, mentorship provides a structured, intentional framework with which we can seek our Lord and grow in Him.
“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” – 2 Timothy 2:2
YVONNE PALSHA
My name is Yvonne Palsha. My husband, Ed, and I have 2 adult children (both married) and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, and being creative — painting and making cards. My desire in mentorship is to walk with other women and help them grow and mature as Christ followers, wives, and moms.
EMILY LA-FOLLETTE
My name is Emily La-Follette, and I’m married to Pastor Lawrence La-Follette. I love journaling and a binge-worthy TV show. However, my greatest joy is pouring into young women and girls within the church. I desire for them to understand who Jesus is and how he made them completely and undoubtedly priceless!
NICK MULHALL
My name is Nick Mulhall, and my wife, Sarah, and I have two daughters with another on the way. Some of my favorite things are watching sports and eating bacon. My biggest desire for mentorship is to see men grow in their love and understanding of God’s Word.
KIM TRAVERS
